Buddy Birthday Program

At CMDSS we want to recognize the individuals with Down syndrome in our community often – beginning with their birthday! Starting in 2020, each month CMDSS will be sending out birthday cards (including a small happy) to each of our members during their birthday month. To ensure we have the correct date of birth and mailing address on file, visit here.

We want YOU to design these cards! We will select artwork from one person on December 15, 2019 and the artwork will appear on the 2020 birthday cards. Complete the form below to enter your artwork.

Parent or guardian may take a high quality photo of the artwork and submit via the form below. Artwork should be colorful and imaginative! Artwork must be submitted as a .jpeg format.

Please note that all submissions must be their own, original work and must come from an individual with Down syndrome. Winner will be selected on December 15, 2019.
