Each year, Central Mississippi Down Syndrome Society publishes a beautiful, full-color calendar that promotes public awareness and features local adults and children with Down syndrome.

If you would like to submit your loved one for inclusion, please fill out the form below.

NOTE: Submissions for the 2025 calendar will be accepted from January 2, 2024 – May 1, 2024.
Everyone who submits application will be contacted mid-May.

Please note, applicants must wait 5 calendar years after appearing in a CMDSS calendar to reapply.
