CMDSS Supports Special Education Teachers and Service Professionals

Central Mississippi Down Syndrome Society provides opportunities for special education teachers and direct service professionals to access grant money for further education and programming that benefits Mississippi children and adults with Down syndrome and their families.

Special Education Grant Program

This program encourages new special education services that benefit students with Down syndrome to be implemented in schools attended by members of CMDSS.

This program provides grants to direct support professionals or service providers who provide services or programs to adults with Down syndrome in central Mississippi.
