Description: The 321go! Program is for adults with Down syndrome who want to learn about and improve their personal health. The class teaches the basics of physical activity, balanced nutrition, and emotional wellness and encourages learners to adopt healthy habits. The foundation of the 321go! program is a set of 3 goals and 21 challenges that encourage a daily focus on overall wellbeing.

This is an 8-week class, so Buddies who sign up will be expected to meet at the Buddy Center every Tuesday in September and October. We also ask that participants in 321go! sign up for the BuddyFit Dance class on Saturdays in order to get exercise twice per week. Make sure your Buddy wears comfortable clothing they can move in!
